He works closely with families and small-to-medium business owners who want confidence in their financial future and recognise the importance of having a “plan B” in place. His approach is simple, take the time to understand each client’s situation and provide advice that fits their needs, budget, and stage of life.

He is particularly passionate about supporting clients through difficult times, especially at claim stage, where he believes the true value of advice is realised.
Since starting his career in 1983, John has remained committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying up to date with changes in the environment and evolving insurance products to ensure clients receive solutions best suited to their needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his long-term partner and two adult children, making the most of time socialising with family and friends, playing lawn bowls, and following his favourite football team, Liverpool.
