With approximately eight years at Finlife and nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge gained across a range of previous roles, including Sales, Customer Service, Claims Consulting, Staff Management, and Business Strategy and Process Improvement.
Working behind the scenes at Finlife, she helps keep the business running smoothly and ensures clients receive a seamless, well-supported experience.
Passionate about delivering a positive client experience, Vicky takes pride in ensuring people feel confident and well looked after. With a strong focus on service, she is committed to ensuring clients’ needs are met to a high standard and that any concerns are handled with care. She believes every client deserves outstanding service at Finlife.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys playing Touch and being involved in her teenage children’s sports, whether that’s managing teams or supporting from the sideline. She values time with family and friends, and in her spare time loves walking her dog along local beaches and keeping active at the gym.
