First, we’ll have a good conversation and gather together all the information we need for a submission to a lender (which we’ll prepare on your behalf). Then we’ll give you a written report outlining the key points, our recommendations, and the next steps in your mortgage application process, such as:
Your purchasing and borrowing capacity
What we would expect the loan payments to be, based on your budget
Any loan structure and lender information applicable at that time
Once the forms and related documents are collated, we'll review them, and work with you to identify the lender most suited to your requirements and circumstances. Then we'll submit the application.
As soon as we have the lender's approval, we'll meet with you again to discuss the loan structure, and important factors, including:
We'll follow the process with you until you settle or take possession of your new property.
There is no charge to you for this service, as we are paid a commission by the lender.
